Lone Star Insulation SAVED the Day for US! The two young professionals that came out and stripped our attic of the old insulation noticed some issues with the security of our ceiling in our living room, brought it to our attention in time to get the ceiling replaced and they immediately came right back after four LONG Days of getting our entire vaulted living room ceiling replaced and replaced all the insulation with the highest grade insulation we could get! Lone Star is OVERLY Professional in everything they do! They could have taken the easy route and not said anything, replaced the insulation in our attic and not worry about our ceiling collapsing in on us, but again, their professionalism was absolutely amazing and they worked with my wife daily to make sure that as soon as the ceiling was finished they were back first thing to finish the job! Super professional, extra helpful owner and crew.  We had empty spots and less insulation than we needed in our attic before  Lone Star got this remedied and helped us to lower our electric bills.   Now we have even temps throughout the house too.  The crew was quick but thorough and left everything clean.  They even billed us less than the original estimate. Hands down, a great experience!!  Chris who performed our initial inspection was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions.  Matt and team who did the install were courteous, worked diligently, and promptly cleaned up. Would definitely do business with them again.

Update on Sept 9/11.  The work performed above took place in April 2025.  The reason for the work was that we had an upstairs bedroom that was extremely hot and surrounded by attic spaces.  Lone Star came in, analyzed where insulation was needed and did the work.  Now this very same room stays colder than most of the house.  Our energy costs are down, and we don't mind offering this bedroom to any guests who stay over.

Update on 9/22/2026
Matt and team returned to work on insulating our master bedroom and bath. They analyzed where there were spaces lacking insulation and filled the gaps. Matt was great to explain the process.  Rodrigo was great to tape/bed and paint areas where the team had to make cuts due to lack of attic access.  The rooms are already feeling cooler.  Great work!!!

Lone Star first came out to give a free estimate and took the time to walk me through what they say, and what they recommend. Went ahead and booked the work to re-insulate the attic and the crew came out within a week to perform the work. Great group of guys that were respectful, nice, and did great work. They did a thorough job of cleaning up, and took the time after to show me pictures of their work, and explained why they did what they did the way they did.
